Weight Loss: A Functional Medicine Roadmap

On-Demand Webinar

Weight Loss: A Functional Medicine Roadmap

Nearly 75% of adults aged 20 years and older are overweight or obese while 88% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy. There are many potential health consequences to being overweight or obese including increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and more.

Unfortunately, 80% of people following strict diets regain some, or all, of the weight they lost within one year. This speaks to a lack of understanding how the body works, which is why we put together a webinar on the functional medicine approach to weight loss that you can sustain for the long-term.

By the end of this webinar, you will understand:

  • The top 4 root causes of weight gain
  • 5 effective dietary strategies for weight loss
  • Additional root causes of weight gain and strategies for loss
  • How to track important body measurements
  • How to create SMART goals for long-term success

Materials included

  • 70-minute video presentation
  • 7-day sample meal plan
  • Body measurement tracker
  • Dr. Mark Hyman’s FOOD Roadmap
